This Privacy Policy applies to the Tea Brew Master mobile application and any related support services operated by BOLTON TUITION HUB LTD, referred to in this policy as the “Service Provider”.

Tea Brew Master is a tea brewing companion and recipe journal designed to help users manage steeping timers, water temperature notes, infusion counts, and personal tea preparation preferences.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The Application does not collect, store, process, transmit, sell, or share any personal data when you download, install, or use it.

The Application does not require registration, login, user accounts, names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment information, contact lists, photos, location data, advertising identifiers, or device identifiers.

Any tea recipes, timers, infusion settings, tasting notes, or preferences created inside the Application are intended to remain on your device only. The Service Provider does not receive or access this information.

Does the Application collect precise real-time location information?

No. The Application does not collect precise or approximate location information from your mobile device.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

No. Since the Application does not collect personal data, no personal data is shared with third parties.

The Application does not use third-party analytics tools, advertising SDKs, tracking technologies, or external user profiling services.

What are my opt-out rights?

Because the Application does not collect personal data, there is no in-app data collection to opt out from. You can stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

Data Retention

The Service Provider does not retain any personal data from the Application because the Application does not collect, store, process, or transmit personal data to the Service Provider.

Any information you create inside the Application, such as tea recipes, brewing settings, infusion records, or tasting notes, is stored locally on your device only, where applicable. The Service Provider does not have access to this local information and cannot retain it on company servers.

If you contact the Service Provider by email, the information you voluntarily provide in that message will be used only to respond to your request. Such correspondence may be retained only as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and comply with applicable legal or operational requirements.

Data Deletion

Since the Application does not collect or store personal data on the Service Provider’s servers, there is no personal data from the Application for the Service Provider to delete.

To remove data stored locally on your device, you can delete saved entries inside the Application where such controls are available, clear the Application’s local storage through your device settings, or uninstall the Application.

If you contacted the Service Provider by email and want your correspondence deleted, you may request deletion by contacting us at support@boltontuiti.ink. We will handle deletion requests in accordance with applicable law.

Children

The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13, or a higher age where required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, children’s personal data is not collected by the Application.

Security

The Application does not transmit personal data to the Service Provider. Because no personal data is collected by the Application, the risk of personal data exposure through the Application is minimal.

However, no digital system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. The Service Provider takes reasonable steps to protect any information voluntarily provided through direct communication.

Data Breach Notification

Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a data breach involving app user personal data is minimal. If a breach occurs involving information you voluntarily provided directly to the Service Provider, we will act in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
